Terms of Use & End User License Agreement
Effective date: July 27, 2026
These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement ("Terms") govern your use of millennialmc.com and the software tools and integrations Millennial M&C Co. ("MMC," "we," "us") provides in connection with our services. By using the site or authorizing our tools, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the website
You may use this site for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, probe or breach its security, scrape it at scale, or misrepresent your identity when submitting forms.
Informational content, not professional advice
Content on this site — including articles, checklists, and pricing information — is provided for general information. It is not accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice, and reading it does not create a client relationship with MMC. Client relationships are established only through a signed engagement letter, whose terms control over anything on this site. MMC does not prepare or file tax returns and does not render legal opinions; we coordinate with your referred CPA or attorney where those services are needed.
License for MMC tools and integrations
Where MMC provides software tools, automations, or integrations (including integrations authorized through third-party platforms such as Intuit QuickBooks Online), MMC grants the engaged client a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to benefit from those tools during the engagement. All rights, title, and interest in MMC's tools, templates, processes, and documentation remain with MMC. Clients may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or make MMC's tools available to third parties.
Third-party platforms
Our integrations operate on third-party platforms (for example, Intuit QuickBooks Online, Google Workspace) under those platforms' own terms of service. Your use of those platforms is governed by your agreements with them; MMC's access is governed by the authorization you grant and by our Privacy Policy. You may revoke platform access at any time through the platform's settings.
Intellectual property
The site's content, design, and branding are the property of Millennial M&C Co. Downloadable resources we offer (such as checklists) are for your organization's internal use and may not be resold or republished without permission.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MMC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or its content. For engaged clients, liability terms are set out in the engagement letter, which controls.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted here with its effective date. Questions: jamil@millennialmc.com or 773-322-6594.
