You send us your work history and the postings you are aiming at. We write your resume and send it back as a PDF you can submit and an editable Word file you can keep using, within 48 hours of your payment and your answers.

Prices

The two-resume packages are written from one intake and aimed at two different postings, so the second one is not a copy of the first.

What you get

• A resume written from the history you give us, matched to the postings you send. We do not invent employers, titles, dates or numbers.
• Two files: a PDF for applying, and a Word document you can edit yourself later.
• Delivery within 48 hours of two things, your payment and your answers to our questions.
• Two free revisions within 7 days of delivery. After those two, or after the 7 days, a revision is $15.

We do not promise interviews or job offers. What we promise is a clear, well written resume, on time, and a real person to email if something is wrong with it.

How it works

1. Fill in the form. It asks for your work history, the roles and places you are targeting, and up to three job postings.
2. We email you your order ID and the Zelle details, usually within a few minutes.
3. If something genuinely needs clarifying, we email you a question or two. You answer in the same thread. If nothing needs clarifying, we skip this step.
4. You get your files by email within 48 hours of your payment and your answers.

Paying

Payment is by Zelle to 773-322-6594, after you receive your order ID. Put the order ID in the memo so your payment lands against the right order. Nothing is owed before you have your price and your order ID.

What we keep, and for how long

You are handing us your employment history, so here is exactly what happens to it. This is the same wording you agree to on the form.

• Your order record, who ordered what, when and for how much, is kept for 7 years. That is ordinary business record keeping.
• Your resume and the intake documents that hold your full work history are kept for 2 years.
• You can ask for deletion at any time.

Your files are stored in our business Google Drive, they are not shared with anyone outside the firm, and we do not sell or rent your information. Our privacy policy covers the rest.

Who is behind this

Resume Desk is run by Millennial M&C Co., a small consulting and accounting firm in Chicago, Illinois. You are sending your work history to a real company with a real address and a real name on it, not to an anonymous form.
