Zelle is the no-fee option
Payment is by Zelle after you receive your order ID. Put the order ID in the memo so your payment lands against the right order.
Nothing is owed before you have your price and your order ID. Your order email carries a QuickBooks Payments link for your tier, for card or bank transfer. Put your order ID in the payment notes. The price is the same either way.
Plain terms, because a refund policy you have to hunt for is not one
- Before writing starts: full refund, no questions. Writing starts once we have your answers and the first draft is underway.
- After writing starts: no refund. Your paid order includes a revision window, and that is how we make it right if the draft misses.
- If we cannot deliver for a reason on our side, you get a full refund without asking.
To request one, reply to your order email or write echo@millennialmc.com with your order ID. Refunds go back by Zelle to the account that paid, within 5 business days.
What we keep, and for how long
You are handing us your employment history, so here is exactly what happens to it. This is what you agree to on the form.
- Your order record, who ordered what, when and for how much, is kept for 7 years. That is ordinary business record keeping.
- Your resume and the intake documents that hold your full work history are kept for 2 years.
- You can ask for deletion at any time.
Your files are stored in our business Google Drive, they are not shared with anyone outside the firm, and we do not sell or rent your information. Our privacy policy covers the rest.
A real firm, with its name on it
Resume Desk is run by Millennial M&C Co., a small consulting and accounting firm in Chicago, Illinois. You are sending your work history to a real company with a real name on it, not to an anonymous form. If you want to ask something before you order, email us and a person will answer.
